Well, that’s how India ranked at the 89^th position in the international broadband speed index recently. But surprisingly, India is at the 2^nd position when it comes to the number of users, precisely standing at 462,124,989 out of the entire population. Having such a large user base but yet helpless in the hands of bad internet connections is a terrible curse to the nation!
